Titus Andronicus, Shut In Shakespeare

The Shut Ins have been getting wild with the bloody Titus Andronicus…they’ll finish it up this weekend, and then onto the next. Totally recommend this one, if you’ve never read it. It’s actually one of his bests I think…may not be my absolute favorite but it’s definitely different from every single other of his plays. (And Tina Packer agrees!) Important to see the humor in it. Respect the poetry, even though/especially since it’s early in Shakespeare’s career. Woo!
